Products manufactured by our farm, such as cheese, salami, sausages and meat (in our stock farm we raise cattle, pigs, rabbits, ducks, geese) are the core of our menus and dishes.
The typical mountain dishes are a mixture of flavours, colours and smells… and it is impossible to renounce a savoury taste.
