Products manufactured by our farm, such as cheese, salami, sausages and meat (in our stock farm we raise cattle, pigs, rabbits, ducks, geese) are the core of our menus and dishes.
The Farmhouse Bosch Brusà offers typical dishes with cold cuts, cheese, "polenta" and traditional cakes.
